Batman: The dark knight

Watched 'the dark knight' last week. It was a good movie, no wonder it is making all this money. The characters were good; Heath Ledger was superb and played the dark psyche of Joker brilliantly. However, the last quartile of the movie, as one of my friend said - "was an excuse for torture and wire-tapping". Something to contemplate I guess.
